Elven Tieback and Info on My School Life

Hello, mellons! It’s Kiki! Long time no see, eh? I get so much homework that “free time” is a foreign concept. This school is college prep so that’s why I have so much work and why it’s set up like one. I have a plaza and at least an hour (sometimes more) a day of “free time” which is the time you get any homework done. Adjusting is the hardest part. I have to get up early and figure out my classes and what they want me to answer for my assignments. Also the kids, they are just trashy here. Saying at least two curse words in  every sentence, talking about inappropriate things, and the boys in my grade especially, make fun of literally everyone (even me). My teachers are pretty nice though, especially my English teacher, Mr. C.

I had a algebra presentation yesterday and I got 95! I was super nervous and it was just me not with a group or anything. I would’ve got 100 if I had more eye contact but 95 is still pretty good. I also have a Spanish presentation Monday. I made a power-point about Antoni Gaudi.

Anyway, I squeezed in hairstyle tutorial pics to my schedule so without further ado!

Here are the supplies you’re going to need: wire-wigged brush, baby elastics, spray bottle, and a device so you can read this tutorial post 😀

img_9790Mist hair and brush.

img_9791Take out a little section of hair in the front on both sides (and these sections will stay out the entire time.)

img_9792Now, take on the top and start an intricate French braid.

img_9794

Stop adding hair on the bottom a little past the ear. The correct terminology is a ‘lace braid’.

img_9793Stop adding hair on the top when you hit the middle of the head and just continue a regular three strand braid and then secure with an elastic.

img_9795Repeat on the other side.

img_9796Take a little section and split it into two pieces and then twist.

img_9797It should look like this and then repeat on the other side.

img_9798Clip the two twisted sections onto the top of the head and unravel the braids, but not all the way.

img_9799Take the two unraveled braids and start a fishtail.

img_9800Once you a fishtailed a little, include the twisted sections.

img_9801Finish off the fishtail till you run out of hair and secure with an elastic. Now, here’s a little photo-shoot so you can see her face and to give more of an “elven” feel.

img_9868img_9872img_9869img_9873img_9871img_9870Well, I hope you’ve enjoyed this post! Comment down below if you’re going to try this and if you think it’s beautiful! Also, tell me how you’re school year is going so far?

Novaer mellonanins,

Ps: How do you like my new blog theme and design? And what’s your favorite hairstyle I’ve done so far?

Love the Skin You’re in- Tag

Greetings, mellons! It’s Kiki! I was nominated by Julia to do this really cool tag that’s all about overcoming your insecurities and being more confident! Which, I do have problems with. Thank you so much, Julia! You’re probably wondering: why did you post this on you doll blog? Well, its because I’ve been posting a lot on my writing and photography blog (CWWC) and not really on this one…he..he. I’ll definitely work on that! But here I am now, so let’s begin!

1. One feature you love about yourself?

img_9472

That’s tough…..I have a lot of features I like. I do like my hair. It’s very thick and has some strands that are red or blonde. Which, I think is pretty cool.

My eyes are pretty. They are a light-ish brown with a tint of yellow

around the pupil and then my iris is a green-ish blue-ish dark grey. My parents both have brown/hazel eyes so me, not having brown/hazel eyes was slim. So, I think that it’s pretty cool that I beat the odds. (Sorry, if I look scared or worried. I don’t really like anything near my eyes even phones😉)

My height is not too bad, as well. I don’t really like that I have to buy my clothes online and that my feet are so big, though. My eyebrows are fine, my lips are fine, my bone frame is fine (even though it’s rather large but I don’t mind cause I’m not really prone to limbs breaking and stuff.)

2. One feature you wish/wished you could change that you are trying to accept or have accepted?

I really don’t have any, but my neck is a little different. It’s definitely not normal. Other people’s necks are thin and long. Mine is short and chunky. But weird chunky. It’s hard to explain. I also don’t like these red bumps on my upper arms and legs. Lotion helps a little. I haven’t eaten gluten in a week and they’re actually clearing up so that’s great!

3. Have you ever thought of getting surgery to change your imperfections?

Never! That stuff freaks me out and I wouldn’t really be me anymore. I’d be an imposter. A girl who believed society’s lies (excuse the doll mess 😄)

4. Has a family member or friend ever put you down about your physical appearance? If so, what for?

Yeah, they have. My weight, my height, what I wear, how I do my hair, my hair when it had blue tips, and I think that’s it. A lot of these have came from, so-called “friends”. Insecure and immature people are attracted to me. So, that’s fun.

5. Something you love about your fashion sense or style?

It’s..unique? Yeah, I’ll go with that. It doesn’t always go but it’s always comfortable! I love wearing striped or colored tees that are loose fitting, and bright colored french terry shorts in the summer. In the fall/winter I have more of a style. It’s still casual just not as bright and stretchy.

6. Why is your body a great place to be?

Well, it’s like a tool. You can do great things if you make the right choices 🙂 So, if you make good choices you’ll go places and conquer things.

Thank you for reading this post! I hope you enjoyed! I tag: Chloe,Abby,Brooke Jade,Samantha.

Goodbye,

img_9654

Ps: You may notice my theme has changed and stuff. I just got a laptop so I decided it’s the perfect time to update my blog design for the fall. I’m not done yet, I’m still tweaking and making a header. So, stay tuned for that!

My Trip Pictures to Illinois Pt. 2

Greetings, Guys! It's Kiki! Finally, I'm here posting part two. Sorry, I took awhile, I've been a little busy lately but I'll tell you more about that in my next post 🙂 So, let's start off with some pics of CC! Cause I have a lot of them and she's cute 😄

img_8924

img_8925So cute!

img_8881

img_8888

img_8884

img_8883Love this one!💙

img_8886img_8887OMGOODNESS! Look at her little fluffy paw😍

img_8878

img_8876

img_8885She's like: "NO, MORE PICTURES!!!"

Me: Fine, fine we'll move onto Caro. She at least enjoys the attention unlike a little someone *Gives CC the evil stare*

img_8918A little photo-shoot of  Carolina! These were taken after I took pics for TMVOT Chap 3!

img_8919

img_8921

img_8920img_8922img_8923She's so photogenic!

img_8893The swings, the house, the angle, I just love it!

img_8917Here's a close-up on my swing. My Dad actually made them! 😊

img_8916Here's Chance on his swing and his phone 😜

img_8902Next, is some different angles of the barn. I really enjoyed taking these and the gray sky really makes it 😉

img_8904img_8913

img_8903

img_8908More pictures of the barn animals.

img_8909

img_8905I found some more kittens and they tried to be scary but I couldn't resist and picked them all up more than once…hehe😋 There were 4 of them, by the way.

img_8907

This little black one is literally the cutest!😍

img_8906This is one of the kittens in Part one, trying to hide from me.

img_8910Can't forget about the walking carpet! 😂

img_8901Me, waiting for my turn🙂

img_8900While I was driving, they decided it was a good time for a family reunion! The smaller dog on the right that is also showing more face is Niña. She's way prettier but she growled at my Aunt so everyone was like scared of her. She was ok with me though, of course, since I'm a canismouth.

Yes, I just made that up 😄

img_8898Silly sibling picture time!

img_8899Chance's face😂

img_8926Now, it's time to say goodbye.

img_8927After a long drive back to my Aunt and Uncle's house we were greeted by a thunderstorm that knocked out the electricity.

img_8928

Which, inspired me to write a poem! Here it is:

Raindrops

When a somber gray paint the sky

Thunder will crash

Lightening will strike

The wild wind will you give you insight

That in no time at all

Rain will fall

You can not stop it, no matter how hard you try

Without it, you'd be a crispy fry

I love the feeling on this dreary day

Though, it is scary to some

Just grab a book and lay

Listening to the droplets come.

Eventually the power came back one and I had wi-fi again, since I went like a week without it in Illinois! I did have fun doing riddles in the dark, though😉

Well, that's it! I hope you enjoyed this post! Comment down below: Your favorite part and picture!
